Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my greyhound?

The mats were designed for greyhounds and large dogs who struggle to settle on thin mats or hard surfaces.

Trixi(the model) is a larger sized female dog. She weighs 30 -31kgs.

The mat measues 110cm x 75cm.

How does it carry? Does it have handles?

It does not have handles to avoid chewing, and tripping.

The mat folds up neatly, and goes into its own bag. (the bag is similar size to a jute shopper)
How big is it when folded?

Once folded and in its bag, it is similar size to a jute shopper/bag for life.

Where can I use it?

Anywhere you need your dog to chill.

Park, cafes, pub, on concrete, car, publich transport, beach, at home (couch, topper on bed, hallway, garden).
Is it suitable for other breeds?

Yes of course. If you dog likes something cosy, & plush then this is for them.

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before the 2nd os September will be dispatched on the 2nd.

Orders placed on 3rd and onwards will be processed 1-2 working days.

It is DPD 1-2 days shipping. You will receive order updates via email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is it machine washable?

Yes it is, machine wash 30 degrees. Use a small amount of wool detergent. Whilst wool is wet, use wire brush to brush fibres.

Do not tumble dry.

DPD 1-2 day delivery service, tracked and time slot.

Returned or uncollected parcels: If an order is returned to us because it was not collected from a pickup point (7 days), delivery was refused, or an incorrect address was provided, the customer may be asked to pay the cost of redelivery.

Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt in it's unused original condition.

It started with my noodle, Trixi

I couldn't find a travel mat that actually worked for her.

Most were too small, too thin, noisy, or awkward to carry. Trixi would rather stand staring at me than settle on them.

So I made one with enough room to stretch out, enough cushioning for those bony elbows, and one she'd recognise wherever we went.

Today it's the first thing we pack before heading out for coffee, a pub lunch, the beach or a road trip.
