We ship to UK only.

30 days after receiving the item. Items must be in its original condition, and unused.

Please email before returning as all returns must be approved.

When will I get my order?

We process order within 1-2 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We use DPD, 1-2 days with tracking and time slot.

How big is the mat, will it fit my dog?

The mat measures 80cm x 70cm.

It will fit medium size dogs.

Are there handles?

No there is no handles because it comes with its own tote bag to avoid a trip hazard.

Is it machine washable?

Yes it is. wash at 30 degrees cold. Use small amount of wool/cashmere detergent. Do not tumble dry.

Is it waterproof?

The anti slip base is water resistant.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our mats are handmade my me - Cat, in Brighton and Hove, UK.

It all started with my noodle, Trixi

Trixi, my greyhound tried many travel mats, but she decided none of them were suitable.

Too small, too thin, awkward to carry, or just not comfortable enough.

Trixi was not impressed, and she had no problem standing there, staring at me and giving me those judgy eyes.

So I made a mat that actually fit a large dog, had plenty of cushioning for those bony sighthound elbows, and gave her a familiar, comfy spot to settle on wherever we went.

Now it comes with us everywhere - cafés, pub lunches, beach trips and weekends away. I can barely get it on the floor before she’s trying to climb onto it.

Hopefully, it becomes your noodle’s favourite place to settle too.
